About me
This is a photo of me with my little Grandson. He is almost two and is a third generation vegan as is his little brother. He is the main reason I started experimenting with vegan recipes! I had been vegetarian for a long time and decided to go vegan a couple of years ago. That is when I discovered how difficult it was to find a vegan restaurant or shop. Luckily a local pub/restaurant called The Village Limits has a fantastic chef who will cook vegan food for me (and others). I am also lucky to have a wholefood shop a few miles away and I buy my veg and fruit from a local organic farmer.
Testimonials
I cannot recommend l.o.v.e. enough. i am a busy Mum of two and like many Mums I simply don't have the time to spend on preparing meals! l.o.v.e.'s meals are the perfect solution. i am a nutritionist and so being healthy and making sure me and my sons have a healthy diet is very imprtant to me. I am a nursing Mum to a month old baby and so l.o.v.e.'s meals ensure both me and my baby receive a healthy balance of vitamins, minerals, carbs, proteins and healthy fats needed to keep my energy levels up and to ensure the baby gets impoertant nutrition also. The portions are perfect and big enough to share with my toddler - perfect! Even better - I have no mess or pots to clean after so I get the chance to spend more time with my children. These meals are packed full of organic goodness, no nasties and full of l.o.v.e.

A little bit about being Vegan
People choose to be vegan for health, environmental and/or exthical reasons. Leading health experts agree that going vegan is the single best thing that we can do for ourselves and our families. Plant-based diets provide us with all the nutrients theat we need, but without the cholesterol, hormones, antibiotics and contaminants found in meat and dairy products. Some of the benefits include:
Lower blood pressure and cholesterol
prevents infertility
reverses atherosclerosis
strengthens the immune system
increases life expectancy by up to 15 years
prevents animal-product-derived and animal-borne diseases
(75% of new diseases come from animals)
Our aim on this site is to show you how easy it is to eat a vegan diet and offer you delicious, nutritious healthy meals.
